Our team delivers innovative solutions across joint reconstruction, trauma, CMF, spine, and sports medicine to advance patient care and drive meaningful outcomes.</p><p></p><p>Reporting to the US Regional Demand Planning Manager, the Senior US Regional Demand Planner is responsible for leading the US demand Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. Other responsibilities include demand planning in alignment with business planning, understanding the US inventory strategy and planning activities, all aiming to deliver on key performance indicators including forecast accuracy, customer service and inventory.</p><p></p><p><b><span>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES</span></b></p><p></p><p>Under general supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson procedures and guidelines, this position:</p><ul><li>Chair US Demand S&OP/IBP Meetings and other applicable forums.</li><li>Lead demand planning activities for assigned products by ensuring excellent integrity of both demand and forecast data.</li><li>Manage assigned implant/instrument forecasts in a high SKU environment using statistical software and new product modeling.</li><li>Responsible for achieving forecast accuracy targets (MAPE & BIAS) and driving continuous improvements in this area.</li><li>Review statistical forecast generated and provide input on changes that may be required. Collaborate with functions such as Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Finance to identify and incorporate market intelligence (events) into the demand forecast as aligned.</li><li>Develop detailed execution plans and manage demand plans for new product introductions and life cycle management as required and aligned with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.</li><li>Adhere to the monthly forecast upload cycle and report forecast accuracy metrics and consumption data as required.</li><li>Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level</li><li>For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable</li><li>Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures</li><li>Performs other duties assigned as needed</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION</span></b></p><p></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree <b><span>required</span></b>. MBA <b><span>preferred</span></b>.</li><li>Minimum 4 years of related professional experience <b><span>required</span></b>.</li><li>Experience in medical device, consumer, or pharmaceutical industries <b><span>preferred.</span></b></li><li>Supply chain certification (APICS/IBF/Six Sigma) <b><span>preferred</span></b>.</li><li>Hands-on working experience with one or more of the following areas <b><span>required: </span></b>inventory, planning, order management, ERP or MRP systems, financial processes.</li><li>Ability to set clear priorities, timely decision making, strategic planning, good judgment, influencing, and basic project management skills <b><span>required.</span></b></li><li>Understanding of distribution links within the supply chain <b><span>required.</span></b></li><li>S&OP/IBP experience <b><span>preferred.</span></b></li><li>General business knowledge or US & international markets <b><span>preferred.</span></b></li><li>Proficient in MS Office programs: Excel, PowerPoint, Word <b><span>required.</span></b></li><li>Proficient in advanced analytics and data visualization software design and usage (ex.
